The living room and bedrooms are particularly warm and welcoming, equipped with all the essentials to ensure a memorable stay. Plus, there are plenty of exquisite shops and restaurants in close proximity to discover and savor. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, to feel at home and relaxed. Wifi is available, complimentary coffee and wine. Feel free to use all of the space including the 2-car garage and washer and dryer. 2 minutes away from the house there is a beautiful and natural park, if you're feeling for a walk or run. For business travelers, this house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a full kitchen and a spacious living room. Cook up a delicious breakfast with the modern appliances and provided dishes, silverware, and utensils. And after a long day, relax on the comfortable couch. If you're on a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this house is an ideal place to spend quality time together.

House Rules

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED This is a big one. We're not here to ruin anyone's fun. If we find you are having a party on our property, there will be a $500 fine, and you will be asked to vacate the premises. There will be no refunds. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE We don't allow smoking inside this property. The designated smoking area is outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can. PETS ARE ALLOWED Please add your pet to the reservation along with the number of guests. Pets more than 30 pounds are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on carpeted areas, beds and sofas. If we find excessive hair on the bed or sofa, there will be an extra cleaning fee as this is very difficult to get out. Please pick up after your pet. There is a non-refundable $80 pet fee. Our pets rules are located on our additional photos. We kindly ask that you please follow them. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED TO STAY The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 8 guests at any given time. There will be a $200 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. RESPECT CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME Check out time is 10AM. Our cleaning crew will arrive by 10:15AM. They have a tight schedule and it must be followed unless prior arrangements have been made with the co-hosts/host. There will be a $50 fine for each additional hour beyond the check-out time. We are sorry for this, but we have to pay additional fee's if we go outside of the cleaning crew's schedule. Check-in is 3 PM. The door locks will not work until 3 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the co-hosts/host. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best, but there are no guarantees. NO FIREARMS No Firearms (people tend to leave them behind and it's not fun finding them and getting them back to the owner) Should we find anything left in the house, they will be turned over the the local authorities. NO HAIR DYE whatsoever. Please do not dye your hair while in our home as it stains all of our linens and towels. There will be an extra charge if we have to soak stained linens and/or replace them. By booking our home you agree to these house rules. Please read it over and make sure you will be able to observe them during your stay. Thank you kindly!

Guest have access to the entire house, it is a private place. - For the safety and security of all residents and guests, CCTV cameras and 24/7 security monitoring are in place in front of the house. -Excessive noise or any violation of the house rules will result in a fine. In the event that a guest poses a threat to others, the Host reserve the right to immediately evict the guest. Please note that the amenities are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
